Our dedication to a creating a clean product is at the core of our values. we strongly believe that creating great hot sauces with amazing flavor can also be free from artificial ingredients.
Keeping it clean
Since our very first hot sauce bottle, we have strongly believed in a clean product that does not contain artificial ingredients are not only not necessary, but can be harmful to our health.
Our dedication to a clean product means that we do not use additives, even capsaicin extract (used to increase heat levels), preservatives to extend the life of our products, emulsifiers (like xanthan gum, found in most sauces) which the human digestive system cannot process, colorings, or any other chemicals!

We always think pink!
Pink himalayan Salt
Not only does pink Himalayan salt add a unique flavor to our sauces, but it is a pure salt.
Pink Himalayan salt does not contain anti-caking agents like sodium aluminosilicate (E554), which most salts (even table salt), include to simply keep the salt crystals loose.
Xanthan gum
is a polysaccharide with many industrial uses, including as a common food additive. It is a thickening agent, emulsifier, and stabilizer which prevents ingredients from separating.
Even though it is produced in a lab, it’s a soluble fiber, soluble fibers are carbs that your body cannot breakdown!
Instead, they absorb water and turn into a gel-like substance in your digestive system, which slows digestion.
That is why you might see some separation in our sauces… just shake the bottle and keep xanthan gum out of your body.
